Unfortunately, no, we can't build against Qt5 just yet. I've only got the "worst" patch done, and a handful of the ones that I was able to easily understand. I'm keeping track of which have been applied in the patch tracker. I'm pretty much done, so feel free to have a go at the remaining ones if you've got time. They look straightforward, but they are in areas that I'm not too familiar with.
