Turns out the bug was inadvertently fixed by the displaying of the 0th variation programs in the Program combobox. *With the side-effect removed* from updateVariationComboBox(), the MIPP can now handle any sort of bank/pc that isn't in the Device. It will display "unselected" (-1) in the comboboxes, and the user can either leave it alone or they can pick something from the Device. Need to remove that final side-effect and commit....
