In case this should turn out to depend on me in any way, let me just say that I wouldn't get in the way of whatever was necessary to move to a different hosting provider. One specific thing would be if we were also moving the rosegardenmusic.com site (which I currently host), e.g. to github pages or whatever other hosting equivalent -- I'd have no objection to making that switch, so don't worry about any friction on my part if the momentum is there with everyone else.
