Hi,

This is something I've always wondered... why is popt included inside
rpm, especially since this is its original location.

Wouldn't it make sense to make it a separate project, with its own
releases? It even already has its own versions...

Maybe I'm just missing something, in which case just hit me hard with a
clue stick! :-)
