Please please please don't do anything with this other than look at
it... It causes immense pain for us in JPackage land, so much so that
we are officially recommending committers not build on FC6 or RHEL5.
Note "reference composting" in the checkin msg.
The motivation for the checkin is here

Some vendor package monkey decided that adding symlinks to
/usr/share/locale/*/LC_TIME was A Very Good Idea. Hey, sells
more vendor product!
And so "... -or -type l ..." was added to a vendor peculier
find_langs.sh.
Because rpmbuild "failed", I get a vendor derived bug report against
rpmbuild.
Enough. Per-vendor rpm configuration was a bad idea when
I was *ordered* to add to rpmbuild.
Name one other program that is even half as complex and arcane and
mysterious as rpmbuild
*THAT DOES NOT HAVE CONTROL OF ITS OWN CONFIGURATION."
I'll save you the trouble of looking: There are no programs that do
not control for their
own configuration. Anywhere.

Much better now, thank you!
