I will also point out that this is premised on some kind of "build counter"
property that we don't have.
@bookwar proposed [adding something like this to RPM and extending NVR to NVRB
some time
ago](https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/rfc-build-tag-in-rpms-nvr-nvrb/39954),
but there has been no movement on that.
