That is not what the header on tree.g says: /** * Copyright (c) 2005-2006 Xue Yong Zhi. All rights reserved. */ If your intent is to offer the code under the BSD license, could you please change the "all rights reserved" language to a (no-advertising-clause) BSD license header in order to make the license explicit? -mental
