I have no information on how or why this came to be. It was a link forwarded to me last night. http://depositfiles.com/files/b7hsdpb60
Before you start, you HAVE to have a ZIP program, at least Windows 7, or a recent Mac to handle the ZIP file. If you don't have a ZIP program go to www.winzip.com and BUY it. I have used WinZip for years now. This file is more than worth the $30.00 for the basic program. If the download does not work for you please do not reply to me looking for help. I am just the messenger sharing this amazing file. It is 1GB + of over 3000 freight car photos, most of which are Pullman builders photos. If I had to guess they are 1950s to 1980s. MANY roads are represented! The few that I tested were NOT 100 DPI. You could get in a few clicks of zoom in Photoshop. The files mostly range from 300 to 600 KB each. It took about 2 hours to complete the download. What a gift from whoever did this! Reply if you know please. In case the first link times out or expires, I am hosting it here as well. http://www.lanestrains.com/Kinkaid_Photos.zip Enjoy!
