FWIW, the reservation form says "Pricing expected to be similar to that of our recent 60 ton Shays." According to what I could find quickly the 60 ton Class C Shays delivered in the beginning of this year were $1,848.85 for a DCC with Sound Foreground Model (includes weathering). DCC Painted with sound (no weathering) was $1801.47. Non-DCC versions were less. Deposit is obviously subtracted from the total. However, prices seldom go down.
