SHS had a daughter board to go with the Tsunami units. I think it was mostly for controlling the smoke unit, but also had headlight resistors.
Lacking that board, just be sure you put resistors in for the headlights. I was a DCC newbie when I put an MRC sound decoder in mine and eventually blew out the LED's because I didn't use any resistors.
