Вообще-то в workflow довольно таки давно лежит неработающий код, в Windows
ошибка не обидней.

Только что выяснил, что не работает с #477 ревизии.
Completed pre-work for internationalization SA with gettext - Added calls of
gettext() functions to common part, headers and a lib to link.
Code is buildable on Windows. All workable tests (31 0f 33) passed.
