Hi I am trying to install SA V9 over SA V7 following the upgrade instructions
After I start the install I get this error C:\WIndows\system32\sqlite3.dll An error occurred while trying to replace th eexisting file: DeleteFile failed: code 5. Access is denied Click Retry Abort Ignore I am installing on a VM 2012 R2 There is no sqlite3.dll under system32, it is under SysWOW64 How can I get around this error? Thanks B
