Hi I am trying to set up a Samba domain for a windows xp network. I have followd the instructions regarding setting the /etc/password file to setup the pc name. The XP machine then connects to the domain ok. However when we reboot and try to log into the domain the system reports that "Windows cannot connect to the domain because the domain controller is down or otherwise inavailable or becuase your computer account was not found." The domain is ok with win98 boxes.
