I am desperately seeking help. I get an error related to not being able to find ldap.h when I know that it is there. It is located in my /usr/local/include directory. I have built and installed openldap from the source. When I use ./configure -with-readline=/usr/local, I get an error that libldap cannot be found. How do I compile from the source on samba 3.0.7? What mandatory pre-reqs are there?
