Andrew--you've got some non-standard yum repository enabled
which is down and thus giving you problems.  Look in /etc/yum.repos.d
for the file which contains the address rpm.livna.org
and then do

yum --disablerepo=<reponame>  <command>
where <reponame> is the name of the repository.
If that works, then edit that file and change enabled from 1 to 0.

I have no idea what is going on. All of the suggestions everywhere else o

the internet have not worked on my machine. Did this ever happen to anyon
