Many of the APDU's for the Cryptoflex/Multiflex ICCSP will work with the
Cyberflex 4k/8k cards. The Open16k is not yet supported as of this time but
would not be all that hard to support ( just have to change the APDU's : ) I
will probably support the new Open 16k that supports ISO error returns instead
of T=9.
