Unfortunately, this has been the case for some time.
Apparently there has been miscommunication about upgrading the database
behind this relatively ancient version of bugzilla and the upgraded
database (which contains stuff for other applications as well) is
incompatible with the bugzilla...
The hosting company is aware of the problem and they're working on it.
They estimated that it'll be fixed in this week.
I'll try to speed up the process any way I can, hope that the situation
is resolved as quickly as possible.
