That wiki page is for sb1 and seems to be outdated as mmap_min_addr setting is
not needed anymore (QEMU handles this automatically).

I think that you should actually run:
$ sb2 qmake
depending where that qmake binary is installed.
Also can you provide output of sb2-init?
