out of curiosity, are you a Catalyst-Seamstress user Gary?
I'm a CGI::Application-Seamstress user myself.... DBIx::Interp on the
backend.
Joe is the new maintainer of Catalyst::View::Seamstress -

I wonder how I give him commit access to the seamstress repo on github
so he can update spkg.pl ...

I was actually more thinking of making a helper as part of
Catalyst::View::Seamstress, because then you/we could perhaps make
spkg.pl *less* catalyst specific, because it seems fairly catalysty to
me with it's "$c" and what-have-you.
I see.. yes, that sounds like sound software engineering to me.
The other reason to do something separate was then it can use the
catalyst app config for extra helpfulness!
