LiboCON2014 in Bern の報告をだらだらと翻訳ソフトを使いつつ読んでみました。

それとredditでの情報交換も紹介されていました。
私もたまにreddit.comも見ることがあるのですがLibreOfficeについての話題交換がここでされているのは知りませんでした。
LibreOfficeで検索してみると結構話されているのがわかりました。報告しておきます。

追試報告します。
LBO4.3.2.2win に、free3of9フォントをインストールしてみました。今のところ不具合はありません。
このフォント面白いですね。CALCでバーコードを表示させてみてスマホのQRリーダーアプリで見てみたらちゃんと認識しました。(^^)

[ja-users] LibreLogoのFILLCOLORとFILLTRANSPARENCYを試す。

フォーラムの皆さん松川です。

WriterのツールバーのLogoからLibreLogoを使うことができます。
Witerにコマンドを書いてLibreLogoツールバーの実行アイコンを押すだけで実行され簡単に描画できます。

LibreOffice4.3からのLibreLogoの新機能としてFILLCOLRとFILLTRANSPARENCYがあります。
カラー指定でのANYの描画色も鮮やかになっています。

パラメータを色々変えて試してみました。

（黄色と赤の描画コマンド例）　このようなパラメータのようです。
FILLCOLOR [“YELLOW”, “RED”, 2, 0, 0, 25, 75]
;パラメータ　[色１ , 色２ , 0線形：1軸：2放射状：3楕円：4放物線：5正方形 , 角度　,　枠線％ ,Xの中心％ , Yの中心％]　　
;X,Yは左上が原点
;角度は、放射状以外の時に有効

FILLTRANSPARENCY [100, 0]
;塗る色の透過性
;パラメータ　[開始値 , 終了値]

綺麗なので繰り返しを簡単なスクリプトを使ってLibreLogoで描かせてみました。
でも30回程度以上繰り返すとフリーズしてしまいます。もっと描けるとよいのですが残念です。

少し追試をしてみました。かなりひどい問題があるみたいですね。
私のLibreOffice4.3.2.2Win7の環境では、writerに拡張文字をインプットしたところから既に画面では豆腐状態でまともに表示されませんでした。再起動すると漢字が表示されました。
ユニコードをきっちり使えるようにしてもらうことは日本語にも共通の利害と思います。

>○後ろ2文字を選択してフォントをMingliu-extbに変更すると、行間は変わるが文字はSimsun-extbのまま 

この部分は指摘のように行間は変わりますが、文字種も変化しているようです。
印刷イメージを拡大してみると微妙に後ろの２文字(Mingliu-extb)は微妙にフォントが変わっています。

4.4.0.0.betaでも動きました。

欲しい機能ですが、私は建設業の技術者なのでよくCADを使います。
DrawにCADでの作図によく使う機能があるといいなと思っていました。

1.複線　
ある線分を右や左にたとえば10mm並行移動した所に複写する。
できれば、何本複写するか指定できると良い。
これができれば罫線なんて一発ですね。

2.２つの線分のコーナー結合
角度の違う２つの線分を延長してコーナを結合させる。
1，2の機能を使うと長方形などを組合わせた図形がすぐにできます。

 

3.JW-Cadのようにマウスの左右両ボタンのドラッグで任意の位置の拡大ー縮小

左右ボタン右下ドラッグでドラッグ範囲の拡大表示
左右ボタン左上ドラッグで縮小

細かくグリッドにあわせて作図する時に便利かと。

CADLOの拡張子を変えてみましたが、残念ながらエラーがでて追加できませんでした。
4.4.0.0.beta1も同時にPCに入れているのでそのためかもしれません。
様子を見てまた試してみます。

良い機能の追加ありがとうございます。

私も試してみましたがうまく動くようです。
ご質問の「挿入」メニューへの追加とは「カスタマイズ」「メニュー」での項目追加でしょうか。
挿入（I）というところが該当するようです。マクロMainを入れてみました。動きました。

[ja-users] 英国内閣府がオープンドキュメント宣言

放送大学社会人学生の松川です。

既出かも知れませんが、先行研究を調べていて2014年7月に英国内閣府がPDF/A　とオープンドキュメント　ODF1.2を採用するPress
rereaseをしている事を知りました。

これに書かれているように、政府のドキュメントを市民が見たり仕事をする時に、それをオープンドキュメント化することでコストが無くなるという事を内閣府が堂々と表明し大臣がコメントをしていることに感銘を受けました。

日本政府もこういったオープンドキュメント管理を考えてもらいたいです。

日本語化は進んでいないようで、協力してくださいと記載がありましたので、協力してみよううかとwikiのアカウントを登録しようとするとIPがDNSBL(ブラックリスト)に載っているとかで拒否されます。
 

こういう場合は直接管理者と交渉するしか解除の方法はないのでしょうか。

よしむらさん。

使用IPのDNSBL扱いというのは初めてだったのですが解除されるとは限らないのですね。

最近、たまにメールが拒否されるケースがあったので気にはなっていました。

LibreOffice5.0が出ればわくわくしてリリースノートを検索する人も増えて来ると思います。
翻訳が進むと良いですね。

wiki投稿を試してみました。



を残すのがTDFwikiの日本語翻訳ルールのようですね。
今後は気をつけます。

チャレンジ投稿していると投稿間隔が早いのでスパム疑いとかで投稿制限をかけられてしまいました。
DNSBLや投稿制限など手ごわいwikiですね。

私も個人wikiを開設しているのでボット荒らしにやられたことがあり制限は理解できます。

Calcの背景に現在、縞模様とかグラデーションの設定は無いですが図形を前面に配置して適当なプロパティーで調整すると同様な表現はできます。

1.表示　→　ツールバー　→　図形描画　で図形描画のツールバーを配置。

2.四角形の図形を、セルの形にドラッグして描画する。　(デフォルト色になっている)

3.描いた図形を右クリックして　メニュー　から　「表面」　を選択。

4-1.領域の塗りつぶしで「ハッチング」を選択し「黒45度」などを選択。

4.2.領域の塗りつぶしで「グラデーション」を選択し「放射状赤/黄色」などを選択。
「透過性」タブを選び領域透過モードの「透過」のトグルボタンをクリック。透過度を「50%」等にする。

こんな表現になります。

開発版のLBO5.0.0.3windows(86)で試してみました。

ページ行数(Line per page:) 20　 1文字の最大サイズ(Max. base text size:)　24 ｐｔ
行単位の文字数(Characrers per line:)　20　ルビ文字の最大サイズ(Max. Ruby text size:)　9 ｐｔ

ぐらいの設定で私は20×20の表示になりました。

LibreOfficeはルビの大きさも関係してくるので調整が微妙ですね。
示される文字範囲に余裕が出来るように最大フォントを小さめに設定すると良いようです。

そして記入時には文字フォントが最大値より大きいと枠からはみ出してレイアウトが崩れます。


設定(option)で出てくるグリッド(点)設定は、画像やオブジェクトを吸い付けるグリッド(点)なので関係ないと思います。


MacOsx の日本語インターフェースは入れられているのでしょうか。私はMacを使わないのでよく分からないのですが
ユーザーインターフェースがいまだに英語なのですか？

[ja-users] 窓の杜でのダウンロードランク

LibreOffice5.0もリリースされたようなので最近のダウンロード状況はどうなのかと
窓の杜を見に行ってみました。
まだ、LibreOffice5.0は紹介されていないようでしたが7月に入ってランクの付け方がかわっているようです。

いつもApach-OpenOfficeに水をあけられていたのですが最近はランクが入れ替わっているようです。
8月のランクでは11位と毎回下位だったのが嘘みたいです。

ダウンロードのランクを見て判断する人もいるので今後はユーザーが増えるかもしれませんね。

1月からのランクを参考にグラフを書いてみました。ランク外は30位としています。
LibreOfficeの大きな上下の動きはなぜかよく分かりませんがバージョンアップが頻繁なのでカウントから外れるのかもしれませんね。

私もやってみました。
確かに「テキストの書式設定」が文字をクリックすると出てきて、他のところをクリックすると消えました。
イライラしますね。

回避策がないか考えてみました。

表示　→　ツールバー　→　カスタマイズ　でカスタマイズのUIを表示
「新規」をクリックして「適当なツールバー名」をつけて保存

できた新しいツールバー「適当なツールバー名」をメニューのメニューから選択。
必要な機能の「追加」ボタンを機能のリストから選んで追加、順番を修正。

完了したら、表示　→　ツールバー　から「適当なツールバー名」を選ぶ。
ドラッグして好きなツールバーの位置に配置。

自分で作ったツールバー、これなら文字あり、文字なしでも消えないようです。

いかがでしょうか。

既出かもしれませんが、OpenDocumentの我が国の動向について調べているとこの文書にたどり着きました。

「二次利用の促進のための府省のデータ公開に関する基本的考え方」
平成25年6月25日各府省CIO連絡会議決定

数値（表）、文書、地理空間情報のデータ作成に当っての留意事項（案）

独立行政法人、地方自治体、民間企業等でもこのガイドラインによる政府の取り組みに合わせるよう期待すると記述されています。

これに対応して各地の自治体も次々とオープンデータ公開についての文書をWebで公開を始めています。

・数値（表形式）データの作成の留意事項では、「機械判読に適したファイル形式のデータ」、具体的にはCSV、XML、OpenDocumentFile形式、OfficeOpenXML形式などにする。


・文書形式データの作成にあたっての留意事項では

　
・文書データ、オープンな標準データ形式で提供する。具体的には、XML、HTML、OpenDocumentFormat(.odt)、OfficeOpenXXML、テキスト形式（.txt）にする。

　
・（データ形式の整形）は「特定アプリケーションに依存しない形式で保存する」、具体的にはWordからOpenDocument規格準拠のXML形式で書き出す。

などが記載されています。


「機械判読に適したファイル形式のデータ」　にするための表計算形式での公開データの作成の細かい点　（セルを合体させない）
など書いてあるので公共の仕事に関係される方は一読する価値があると思います。

松川です。

Calcの関数で5.2版から追加された ifs関数 ですがif文のネストを回避することができるのでいい感じです。使えます。
このifs関数はOffce365のサブスクリプションの契約限定でのExcel2016の機能と同等のようです。
Excelを使っている人の中でもまだあまり使われていないかもしれません。
LibreOfficeユーザーの特権ですね。


これまで値の範囲によって異なる出力をさせる場合はif文をネストして行なっていました。

例としてテストの点付けなどでは、以下のようにif文でネストしていました。
結構ネスト範囲を間違うと最初からやり直しで面倒でした。

=IF(C12>=90,"A",IF(C12>=50,"B",IF(C12<50,"C")))


ifs関数だとネストする必要が無いので楽です。

=IFS(C13>=90,"A",C13>=50,"B",C13<50,"C")

レポート数に週単位の変動があるのは土日が休みなので使っていないからなのでしょうね。

グラフの比率は、使っている各バージョンのユーザー数をいくらか反映しているのかな。
5.2.4.2のレポートが多いのはユーザーが多いのか、それともバグが多いのでしょうか。

テストありがとうございます。
5.3.3.2Windowsと5.4.0.3Ubuntuは大丈夫のようですね。

ユーザープロファイルの破損の可能性もあるので、WindowsのSeparate Install
GUIを使って、5.4.1.2と5.4.2.2を新規にインストールしてみました。

5.4.2.2は、やはりレイアウトが崩れます。

5.4.1.2は、正常でした。

文字を削除されたということでしたら、どの部分の文字なのかを細かく調べてみるしかないですね。

LibreOfficeのバージョンによっても動作したりしなかったりがあるので色々試してみるとよいと思います。
Separate Install
GUIというWindowsで複数のLibreOfficeをインストールして試すツールが公開されています。私は複数インストールして試しています。

AmazonのKindle UnlimitedでSQLの入門本を見つけて読んでみました。

「IT業界に就職が決まった人が新人研修を受ける前に身に付けたいデータベースとSQLの基礎知識＋α」 
というKindle本です。

内容は、SQLを初めて使ってみるIT業界に就職した人むけの超入門本です。
SQLを使うために、LibreOfficeBASEをインストールしてSQL文を入力して動作させてみるという内容となっています。
本で書かれているLibreOfficeのバージョンは、6.0.1、SQLデータベースはHSQLDBです。

LibreOfficeBASEってなんだ？ と思っている人には参考になると思います。

細かなバージョンでも不具合は出たり出なかったりします。不具合の出た環境の詳細を記載されると良いと思います。
ヘルプで「LibreOficeについて」をクリックするとバージョンやOSの詳細が表示されます。
ツール　-　オプション　-　LibreOffice　-　表示　のグラフィックの出力　のレンダリングのチェック
ON-OFFでも表示が変わる場合もあります。

私は、　.xlsx .xls の2種類で試しましたが再現しませんでした。
バージョン: 6.2.2.1 (x64)

LibreOffice7.1.0が公開されたようなのでtorrentを使ってダウンロード後にそのままソフトを起動しています。
