I appreciate your comments, but in that case, why is FlightGear licensed under
the GPL at all if we're not willing to enforce it? The GPL is designed to be as
open as possible, but still giving rights to the people who hold the copyright
on the product!

Hi All,
The graphics card on my FG PC has just died, and as the PC is now quite old and
was already on it's second graphics card, I'm looking to buy a laptop to
replace it with.
Does anyone have a recommendation for laptops, or particular things I should
look out for.
So far, my requirements

Hi,
Hi everybody,
I managed to make sort of an SDK for cross compiling using
the great
fgfs-builder by Ralf Gerlich some time ago.
Last time I updated my win32/mingw32 patches was in august

For what it's worth, I ended up with a refurb compaq (now hp?) presario
laptop with nvidia graphics hardware. It has a dual 64-bit AMD processor
and so far I have been really happy with it. Everything (sound, video,
wireless network, etc.) is well supported under Linux. And it performs

Hi All,
I have made a short description about a proposal for a distributed node
system for FlightGear.
Please have a look at
http://wiki.flightgear.org/index.php/Distributed_node_system_for_FlightGear
and comment.
If I have a little bit free time I will build a prototyp.
Thanks Torsten

Hi,
1. Did a SG/FG/data CVS update earlier today, but
ran into this ERROR when compiling FG, repeated

Isn't this funny - the content looks a little bit familiar :-)

BTW, could this mirror be the cause for the almost regular 503
connection errors I'm getting recently when looking at the 'real'
FlightGear Wiki ?
Cheers,
Martin.

Hey Martin,
I don't think so as it appears to be last updated on the 30th of October.
There is a user in Winnipeg, MB Canada that is sucking down an
enormous amount of pages, but that isn't necessarily malicious.
We're working on a solution to the 503's.
