also used several luatex versions, but the error remains.

} can only produce upright letters. In LaTeX, we can make use of the command

What about using these two commands:
luatools --selfupdate
mtxrun --selfupdate
The new version didn't work for me at first, but after the selfupdate of these
two, the version works for me now. Maybe you can try it.
