Thanks Wolfgang,
The insidesection/aftersection options in \setuphead works well. I have
been used the following way:
\starttext
\chapter{title of the chapter}
\startcolumns
\section{Introduction}
\dorecurse{5}{\input davis\par}
\section{Methods}
\dorecurse{5}{\input davis\par}

\chapter command, it is not problem, but I can not do it with
\start..\stop
Previously I could use \chapter[reference-to-this-chapter]{title}
Now the preferred way seems to be \startchapter[title=the-title], but how do I
program now the reference to this chapter?
The Wiki does not contains a page for \startchapter and the section on command
only gives info and
Hi Hans,
Did you try this:
\startchapter[title={the-title},reference={reference-to-this-chapter}]

Thanks. No, I didn't try that, I got stuck with ..,ref=..
Coming from a computer age where every byte counted, I clearly was to terse.
However thinking of 'ref' as a synonym for 'reference' .. ..

Hi all,
Here is one more question.
\starttext

In this sample, the title First isn't show up.
After removing spaces before and after = sign, it showed up.
It is not a big problem though, but, is it intended?
It still remains after

Dear Listers,
\startchapter[title=Test] is working inside \starttext and \stoptext.
But it is not working inside \startcomponent and \stopcomponent.
Is it a natural behavior?

Yes. \startcomponent expects an argument.
\startcomponent
Dear Marco,
Aha, I missed to put the name of the component.
With the component name, it works fine.
I am sorry for the noise.
Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello,
What is the correct syntax to define a reference
with \startstructure\stopstructure?
\starttext
\startchapter [ref] [title=My title]
\stopchapter
\stoptext
Yields:
check : missing or ungrouped '=' after 'ref' in line 2 (@@ns)
