Hello, I'm also experiencing this issue on 'Legion Y9000P IRX8', the kernel
version is 6.5.3, BIOS Version KWCN38WW.

Additionally, I've found this will happen even without sleep/resume. It just
takes longer to longer to start.

That would have been useful information to share!

Currently I'm experiencing this with 6.4.3

It also happens on 6.4.2 and the current kernel on Ubuntu 23.04:
6.2.0-25-generic. I'm hearing it happens with Fedora as well (I don't have a
version for that, sorry). So it seems likely to be a fairly universal issue as
far as kernel versions go.
