REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED FOR GET IN THE GAME SYMPOSIUM TORONTO, ONTARIO To provide Softball Associations with additional planning time, Softball Ontario is happy to announce that we will be extending the registration deadline for the Get In The Game Symposium by one (1) week until Friday, February 19, 2011. The Get In The Game Symposium is designed to bring Softball Association Executives together to learn from each others experience and develop new ways to promote softball in Ontario. To date, twenty-nine (29) Softball Associations have registered to join Softball Ontario for the 2011 Symposium, including: Barrie & District Girls Softball Association Bramalea Boys Minor Softball Association Brampton Girls Softball Association Brantford Minor Softball Association Burlington Amateur Softball Association Byron Optimist Minor Ball Association Cambridge Minor Softball Cobourg Angels Cobourg Legion Minor Softball Don Victoria Softball League Erindale Lions Little League Hendon Park Sports Association London Community Softball League Milton Girls Softball Association Mississauga Girls Softball Mississauga North Tigers NASC Softball Oshawa Newmarket Minor Softball Association Pickering Softball Association Ponsonby Recreation Club Port Perry & District Minor Softball Association Richmond Hill Minor Softball Association Scarborough East Minor Softball Association Scarborough Stingrays Stittsville Minor Softball Association Topham Park Minor Softball Whitby Girls Softball Association Whitchurch-Stouffville Softball Association Woodbridge Softball In 2011, each participant will receive a FREE SAFE Star Notebook and a Learn to Plan Manual! Great resources for anyone involved in the sport of softball! Travel (mileage) and accommodations will be provided by Softball Ontario for those who qualify. The Get In The Game Symposium is a wonderful chance for Softball Associations to work together to make the game of Softball better at all levels of the game.
