 @Vaervarsel:
Did you get it delivered to the door by FedEx, or did you get it by
 Posten (local mail)?
 http://groups.google.com/group/android-developers?hl=en

To the door by FedEx. Call FedEx Oslo and ask them to search for the package
sent from Netherlands at 28. april.

Same here. Just talked to FedEx. They cant find any package on the way to
me. In Norway.
Got confirmation mail at 6th too.

Just contacted Fedex France, still no package for me, the guy told me
even with economic mode, sending a package to France from USA by Fedex
use only 3 or 4 days, i got confirmation mail at 6 march, nothing to
 say...

  Sorry
for being ignorant. Have never had Verizon and not huge on mobile

Re: [android-developers] Re: Device Seeding Program for Top Android Market Developers

2010-04-06 Thread Vaervarsel
I agree with that, but whats disturbing is that Brightpoint said last week
that all phones had been shipped.
I hope thats not true. Has anyone in Europe got their phone?

2010/4/6 Alexis ROBERT alexis.rob...@gmail.com

The only thing is that shipping 4000 phones is not like shipping 1
phone, there is a lot of time to process them. And, if I understood
correctly, they don't ship directly by Fedex, they use Brightpoint
which does all the shipping process and then deals with the delivery
 companies.

And, just to remind you, it's a gift. However I understand that we
(yes, I'm in France too) can't wait to have this phone in our hands
(especially as my G1's battery almost died -- it lasted 30 minutes
this morning which is becoming difficult to handle right now), but we
can't blame Google for taking time to ship a $500 gift ! Even my
parents didn't offer me a gift which is $500 worth :)

But thanks a lot for the info, it spared me to phone Fedex for
 details :)

 Alexis
