Re: [android-developers] Re: Device Seeding Program for Top Android Market Developers

2010-04-14 Thread Willem Stoker
Thats correct. I spoke to someone who got a phone from ADC too. It also came
from Brightpoint NL.

It's just not sure if Google will use Brightpoint again this time. We'll see
in the next 2 weeks.

The Brightpoint guy I contacted by email didn't know anything of this. We
will just have to wait a little longer...

2010/4/14 ratson materem...@gmail.com

I have just talked to a Hungarian guy who received his nexus 3 weeks
ago (was in ADC top 10)
sender was Brightpoint Netherlands, he is not sure if the shipper was
 FedEx or DHL.

i suppose we will also receive ours in a few weeks time

As someone said earlier, it is not for free. It's for our hard work to

We spend thousands of hours working on projects, often giving them for

  Simple as that.

Re: [android-developers] Re: Device Seeding Program for Top Android Market Developers

2010-04-13 Thread Willem Stoker
I havae contacted Brightpoint Netherlands by email. The reply was:

Goede morgen,

Nee we verkopen niet de Nexus One
sorry

Eric Feyder

Which means Good morning, We don't sell the Nexus One... He probably did
not understand the question?
I stated in my question very clear that i was receiving the Nexus with the
Google Device Seeding program...

2010/4/13 Arnon arnonse...@gmail.com

Yes, I contacted them last week. They promised me an answer the next
 day,
but since then I haven't heard from them...

Something is not right about all this...
