*Duration :6+ Months* *NEED ONLY LOCALS* Our Louisville-based healthcare client is adding a *Senior* *Technical Business Analyst/Tester* to analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, customers and end-users. They are looking for a *SCRUM* experienced BA with *User Story *and *Test experience*. This includes gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software lifecycle. This Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications. *Responsibilities: * · Collaborate with project sponsors and managers to determine project scope and vision. · Gather user requirements via questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. · Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications. · Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. · Where necessary, develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on findings. · Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis in order to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions. · Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements. · Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. · Develop and conduct peer reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted. · Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary. · Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood. · Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes. · Ensure that testing activities will allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. · Create and execute test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will determine optimal system performance according to specifications. · Conduct application testing as needed, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods. · Analyze formal test results in order to discover and resolve defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws. · Produce reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking. · Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management. *Requirements*: · Bachelor's degree in related field or other equivalent degree or certification preferred. · Business Analyst certification preferred. · SCRUM Agile software development experience · Project Management Professional Certification a plus. · Minimum 5 years’ experience required in a clinical or financial setting, preferably in the healthcare industry. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in the following: project management, analysis, and quality assurance. · Proven knowledge and experience with computer systems, applications, development, and testing methodologies as they relate to the business areas being supported. · Successfully leads project teams with medium to large business initiatives. · Proven working knowledge of industry standard methodologies and best practices (i.e. Project Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle). · Superior business knowledge of area being supported. · Highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation, and documentation techniques within a project. · Excellent facilitation skills with bringing multiple groups together to agree on project scope and build consensus. · High-level of knowledge, experience and success with writing and reviewing test cases. · Able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance from project lead, consultant staff and manager. *Thanks * *Anudeep | Anblicks | www.anblicks.com <http://www.anblicks.com>* *14651 Dallas Parkway, Suite 816, Dallas, TX-75254* *anudee...@anblicks.com <anudee...@anblicks.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
