[android-developers] Memory footprint of image vs sketch

Hello all

I would like to use sketch as icon in my application. Images are supposed 
to have bigger memory footprint than that of sketch. Could anybody out 
there possibly help me figuring out this? Can I do some sort of memory 
instrumentation in order to find out the difference or at least make an 
estimate based on various attributes?
