Experience in performance engineering 2. Understanding of BPM and workflow technology 3. Expertise in one programming language and one scripting language 4. Ability to code to show proof of concept 5. Excellent written skills 6. Knowledge of NLP, cognitive as a mechanism to interact with users 7. Knowledge of AI APIs for image matching 8. Experience in creating the overall architecture of the application. 9. Good experience on interacting and communicating with Customer Technical SPOC. 11. Analysis and Effort Estimation for change requests, if any. 12. Proven experience of translating business requirements into systems qualities and then into repeatable design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g. adaptability, scalability, availability, reusability, etc.). 13. Defining the IT design methodology, development process methodology and best practices. 14. Helping the customer, development team to solve technical hurdles that are in scope.
