Can you let me know if your vendors have anyone...need to act fast on this
so we don't lose to those other candidates.

· Experience designing a solution
· Good Communication
· Lead other developers in and identify designs to meet the business
requirements
· Someone with experience conducting code reviews and strong overall lead
experience
· Experience Breaking out technical tasks from a user story
· Must have gotten the CSA and CSSA at least over 1 year ago, ideally 2+
years
· Experience with Pega v.7 and working with Data Pages
When we submit, she will want to know what year they obtained their CSA and
CSSA and the name associated with their *Pega Certs* (so she can check).
She will also want a write up of their day-to-day responsibilities as a
*Lead*.
