Please send your responses to varun.j...@diverselynx.com with your candidate resume and contact details. *POSITION 1 :* *Job Title:* SFDC Project Manager *Location*: Dallas TX *Duration*: 6+ months *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 9+ YEARS MIN* *Critical Needs* •Minimum 3+ years managing complex CRM software projects •Minimum 5 + years implementing Salesforce.com technology based applications •Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies •Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail •Ability to avoid conflicts (e.g., technology design, personality differences) with client while suggestions solutions that result in desired outcomes •Excellent presentations development and delivery ability (to all levels of the organization) •Excellent meeting management skills (e.g., agenda, managing expectations, facilitation, follow-up) •Exposure to a multiple industries, B2B and B2C business models. *Roles & Responsibilities* •Responsible for the delivery of a Salesforce.com project or portions of a Salesforce.com project •Accountable for developing, managing (i.e., change control ) and communicating project scope for Salesforce.com related projects •Leverage understanding of Slaesforce.com functionality and design to provide recommendations and guidance to meet project goals •Ensure quality and completeness of project financials (e.g., labor, capital and operational expenditures) for estimates, budgets and actuals •Ensure clear communications of project responsibilities (e.g., expectations, assignments, reviews) necessary to ensure desired project outcomes •Facilitate issue resolutions between team members in a manner that keeps everyone productive and highly motivated. •Develop and manage project control efforts: project plan, work breakdown structure, meeting calendars (e.g., Steering committee), change control, commination plan, risk management etc. •Ensure coordination of work efforts across workgroups (e.g., US based and offshore teams) •Act as a single point of escalation across project groups *Certifications* *•PMP Certification a plus •Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant a plus* *POSITION 2 :* *Job Title:* SFDC Business Analyst *Location*: Dallas TX *Duration*: 6+ months *Critical Needs* •Minimum 3 Salesforce.com full life cycle implementations •Strong experience in either the Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud platforms (exposure to Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon a plus) •Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc) •Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in the development of business solutions *Roles & Responsibilities* •Lead all or portions of the functional components of a Salesforce.com project: developing requirements and designing prototypes, testing & training strategies •Lead or support defining and implementing practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology •Understand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs •Assist with the scoping and planning of Salesforce.com and CRM related projects •Support and contribute to RFP responses and other sales related activities •Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com •Participate and coordinate the delivery of work product with offshore teams across project phases *Certifications* •Certified Salesforce Administrator •Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant Thanks and Regards, Varun Jain Diverse Lynx LLC Note : If I missed your call then drop me a mail .
