What is predatory lending ? What are sub-prime rate loans ? What is the problem with lenders lending at low rates ? Koushik

Sub-prime interest rates are actually considerably higher than prime interest rates. Sub-prime refers to the creditworthiness of the borrowers. As for predatory lending in general, I will defer to others. --James
