Aaromale and Rehna Tu, like Vande Mataram, Pacchai Nirame, Dil Se Re, Yeh Jo Desh Hai Tera, Bombay Theme, Khwaja Mere Khwaja, Piya Ho, and others, define greatness.

That is Heather not Heath Ledger. Heather is a female name and I have seen her comments elsewhere in the blog too. i can't remember where it is though. I used to follow his blog closely sometimes ago. I also remember seeing Shekhar's reply to one of her comments. So, i am guessing that it could be someone he knows.. and Heather is a English / Scottish name. good one, but I found something new...the part where the guys ask him about being the first one in India to do truly digital music, and Boss explains that he was an introvert and used to find expression in gadgets for the first cuts of his compositions easier, rather than to musicianstakes immense courage to identify and then talk about your most inner weaknesses ! I have never met ARR in person, so this was new . I also did not know that Jai Ho was done by time stretching and matching the tempo and fitting into the visuals that were already shot to another song ! That too needs some amazing talent. Does anyone have access to the full interview, I have a strong feeling it will be fascinating. I dont think he ever commited to such a project. However he did make a version in his Nokia connections album - a track called Kural where he took few couplets from the chapter Maanam. AR: It takes 6 months to get a call sheet from SPB. We wanted SPB to sing a song in Sultan but he was busy for 6 months and by the time he was free I was out of town, so we might have to wait another 6 months to record that song. SPB: I'm following AR's ways.. it takes years to get ARs appointments and I take 6 months. SPB: You can win a lot of awards and reached the pinnacle but you will never find a 'good boy' like AR. He is down to earth and that's what i like the most about him. I've known him for 30 years now and he's always been simple. When the singers are performing, he is standing here hands folded as though God gave them a song and they are singing and he has nothing to do with it. Suhasini: Let's ask him if he know the meaning of 'Ego, Arrogance' etc SPB: He would just stand there with no reaction as if he has never heard these words.
