It looks like ARSperl doesn't find the BMC unicode libraries, probably because of an error in Makefile.PL Try to change line 114 in Makefile.PL: $ARS_LIBS .= -lpthread -licuuc -licui18n; to $ARS_LIBS .= -lpthread -licuucbmc -licui18nbmc; and compile again. Hi Maurice, I guess the problem is that you try to use a 64-bit Perl while the Remedy libraries are still 32 bit.
