Tim This is probably why you had an outage today. Your provider should have notified you of this in advance.
There were troubles during this maintenance today that caused generator power to be lost to some parts of the building. Luckily for us our equipment is not located in the sections that were affected. We had our own staff on site all day "just in case". Not sure about your provider, but I believe they have representatives on this list and they may address this issue.
