Have you installed the zaptel module (zaptel.o) in your modules ?
Try an :
insmod zaptel
If it does not work, it means it has not been installed.

Do an :
insmod qozap

You'll have the list of unresolved symbols.
You can post a subset here, it will help determine what's missing.

PD: maybe... around your question, are you using cdr in csv or in mysql?, if
you are using mysql check if your calling party field are text type, because
if are digits the left zeroes are stripped out.

It's csv. And it's not text. I get the numbers, AND the left zeroes are stripped out.
It looks like the cdr module does not take into account the TON info.

I hoped Klaus had an answer for me :-(

 Hi,

I'm using a ZaptelBRI card. It works fine.
But I have a small problem with call logs.

The leading zeroes of the external calling party are not stored (e.g. :
0140302010 will be stored as 140302010).
Same for international numbers for which 00 will be stripped out.

I would not mind if the cdr record would give me an indication of the call's
origin (national or international), but it does not.

The goal here is to implement a basic missed call web service that would
allow my users to generate a call back.

Is there a way to connect this to Asterisk ? I
have no good knowledge about ISDN, so I don't know if it's possible at all. I
suppose there must be some kind of interexchange protocol in between the base
and the PBX (Asterisk in this case) that handles call transfers among
  all.

Is there an ISDN hardware card that would handle

If not, is there some kind of PCI DECT card that
