What is to notice is the Unable to register channel '1-2' Why those 
two channels?
 Do you have zaptel channels in Asterisk? Asterisk is the one providing
 the dialtone.

 In short, what is the output of:

   asterisk -rx 'zap show channels'
   
The channels are showned as they should. From looking logs and commands 
inside Asterisk, everything looks fine. Sorry to be not able to copy 
output of the command, I can't connect to the server at this time. But 
tht's one of the first thing I tested.
   
 Does someone has a similar working config? Is it a problem with asterisk 
 version (we prefere to follow the pkg-voip team)?

Ok, but compiling mISDN1.1.4 from misdn.org should do the trick ...
