I resend my disown request for the rosa-media-player package, since as
suggested I have sent an email to its maintainer and I have not yet
received any response, having passed more than two weeks.

Have you contacted the current maintainer?
If not, you'll need to do that first and after two weeks, if nothing has 
changed, you can request this package to b be disowned.

That is the standard procedure.
