Re: [Bacula-devel] BAT bug?
Hi, i'm using bacula-5.0.2-1 compiled from src rpm in a RHEL 5.4. I obtain a similar error nameOfAFile: is an invalid command when I execute in bat the command query, select the query List where most recent copies of a file are saved, and insert the name of a file; as showed in this screenshot http://old.nabble.com/file/p28841484/ImmagineforumBat.jpg Can anyone else reproduce this error? When I do a restore and choose to select files, BAT selects jobs and builds the directory tree, then pops up an error dialog containing the following message: Invalid command .messages. Enter done to exit. It then displays an *empty* file selection tree. Can anyone else reproduce this error? Yes, it is a known annoying problem. Either turn off automatic display of messages -- in Preferences, or set the time much larger (i.e. every 5 minutes). [Bacula-devel] Bat Segmentation fault
Hi, i'm using bacula-5.0.2-1 in RHEL 5.4 compiled from src.rpm using the following command line: rpmbuild --nodeps --rebuild --define build_rhel5 1 --define build_bat 1 --define build_postgresql 1 bacula-5.0.0-1.src.rpm I have a segmentation fault problem with bat when i try to execute a restore from time of some backup. If i run bat in debug mode with the following command sudo /usr/sbin/bat -d 2 i obtain this log http://old.nabble.com/file/p28592757/log1.txt log1.txt and then bat goes to segmentation fault. Anyone has a suggestion to solve this problem? Sorry, i pasted the command line of the previous version but I used the same with bacula 5.0.2-1 downloaded by http://www.bacula.org/en/?page=downloads, i had the same problem with bacula 5.0.0-1, so i tried to upgrade bacula to 5.0.2 but I obtained the same segmentation fault problem. Andreas Piesk wrote: some time ago i had a similar problem. does the system you're rebulding on have bacula libraries installed? if yes, try rebuilding the srpm on a system with no bacula libraries installed or remove the libraries before rebuilding. regards, -ap I rebuild bacula on a system where there is the bacula-client and bacula-docs installed, so now i try to remove these packages and then I will rebuild them.
