Assalamualikum, Dear P' Taufiq Sepertinya benar pengalaman yang bapak tuturkan, karena saya juga pakai KB-suntik yang pertiga bulan (pada hal saya baru tiga bulan pakai/sekali) tapi efeknya memang betul berat badan saya naik. Saya coba untuk berhenti dulu, maksud saya supaya sirkulasi haid saya bisa normal lagi paling tidak hormonnya tidak bertumpuk, tapi ternyata setelah saya dapat haid banyak sekali seperti habis melahirkan. Jaraknya lima hari haid kemudian seminggu tidak lalu seminggu haid dan dua minggu tidak, kalau dihitung-hitung dalam sebulan saya dapat haid 3X (kan serem tuh), yang bikin kesal tidak bisa sholat dan puasa (bolong deh puasanya). Tapi memang sih alat kontrasepsi itu cocok-cocokan untuk setiap orang (saya pernah dengar dari teman-teman, kalau cocok memang membuat gemuk) bener nggak sih ? Itu saja sharing dari saya. Nah, saya sama nih kampungannya sama Mbak Ira. Saya pokoknya takut deh kalo harus ber-KB, seperti yang diuraikan Mbak Ira, resikonya banyak. Akhirnya, sejak sebelem nikah kami bersepakat untuk menggunakan KB metoda kalender saja, kebetulan haid saya teratur. Pada tanggal-tanggal berbahaya, dengan sukarela suami saya pake 'sarung'. Katanya sama saja kok,engga jadi engga enak karena pake kondom. Kami sepakat untuk menunda kehamilan selama dua tahun...setelah itu kami gencar berusaha dan puji Tuhan...dua bulan setelah itu saya hamil. Sekarang putra kami sudah 16 bulan...saya masih tetap tidak ber-KB, kecuali sistem kalender itu tadi. Dan sampai sekarang masih bisa dijaga. Terus, seperti Mbak Ira, saya tidak punya masalah sama berat badan, kulit tetap mulus dan haid tetap teratur. Setelah saya dan suami kumpul kembali (anak saya umur 6 bulan), saya kecolongan, telat seminggu, waduh...bingungnya, mana anak masih kecil lagi.. Lalu saya ke DSOG dan di beri Primolut, hingga akhirnya saya haid kembali. Semenjak kejadian itu, saya dan suami membuat komitmen, berhubung saya takut berKB, akhirnya suami yang mengalah untuk melakukan koitus alias putus tengah. Tapi, dalam hal ini dituntut 'pengorbanan' suami untuk tetap konsentrasiSaya pikir, kalau suami benar-benar sayang pada istri, saya yakin koitus bukanlah hal yang berat. (dalam hal ini mengingat keterbatasan saya yang takut berKB). Selain itu, setelah beberapa lama menjalaninya, suami saya juga tidak pernah mengeluh tuh Hasilnya, boleh dilihat... saya - Insya Allah - tidak pernah mengalami problem seperti teman-teman saya di atas..., bentuk tubuh, kulit, siklus haid, semuanya normal, seperti saya waktu masih gadis saja. Hingga 3 bulan lalu (anak saya umur 2 tahun), saya memutuskan untuk hamil kembali juga tidak mengalami masalah. 4 hari berturut-turut berhubungan di saat masa subur, ternyata rumus tokcer..., saya langsung hamil (sekarang 13 minggu). Rekans,... Berhubung ada yg sdh tanya mengenai KB, saya juga mau ikutan tanya.. Begini saya sdh hampir 2,5 thn menggunakan KB Spiral, tapi bulan ini saya tdk mendapatkan haid seperti biasanya. Kemarin pagi saya coba test HCG ternyata hasilnya positif. Saya jadi bingung, kenapa bisa terjadikarena saya masih menggunakan spiral. Apakah rekan ada yg tau mengenai hal ini, saya belum ke dokter utk periksa posisi spiralnya. Terima kasih. memang banyak sich pengalaman-pengalam dengan KB yang enggak berhasil, tapi banyak juga loh yang berhasil ikut KB, salah satunya saya... sejak melahirkan anak pertama 20 bulan yang lalu, setelah habis nifas saya langsung dapet "M", trus saya dianjurkan dengan DSOG untuk ikut KB waktu itu dianjurkan pake spiral, tapi karna melihat bentuk tubuh saya yang mungil ( 148 cm ) dan suami yang tinggi ( 177 cm ) takutnya akan bermasalah sewaktu "kumpul" akhirnya saya memutuskan memakai KB suntik yang satu bulan, selama tiga bulan saya enggak mendapatkan "M" trus kaeknya berat badan bertambah (saya paling takut jadi gendut) akhirnya saya berhentikan tampa komfirmasi ke DSOG pada bulan berikutnya saya terlambat "M" saya buru-buru lapor dokter trus saya diberi kapsul akhirnya "M-nya" datang (waktu itu anak saya baru 5 bulan), atas anjuran dokter saya beralih ke KB pil "Mikroginon" sampai sekarang, enggak ada masalah trus badan saya juga oke-oke aja nggak kurus dan enggak gendut , "M"nya juga lancar-lancar aja dan yang penting waktu lagi "kumpul" sama suami tercinta enggak mesti harus putus di tengah jalan walaupun suami mungkin enggak keberatan tapikan jadi enggak sempurna. Trus juga, tante saya ikut program KB spiral udah lebih dari 12 tahun oke-oke aja. mudah-mudahan pengalaman saya bermanfaat buat rekan-rekan yang ingin ber KB tapi kita juga harus sering-sering kontrol ke dokter, untuk menjaga... Setelah saya dan suami kumpul kembali (anak saya umur 6 bulan), saya kecolongan, telat seminggu, waduh...bingungnya, mana anak masih kecil lagi.. Lalu saya ke DSOG dan di beri Primolut, hingga akhirnya saya haid kembali. Semenjak kejadian itu, saya dan suami membuat komitmen, berhubung saya takut berKB, akhirnya suami yang mengalah untuk melakukan koitus alias putus tengah. Tapi, dalam hal ini dituntut 'pengorbanan' suami untuk tetap konsentrasiSaya pikir, kalau suami benar-benar sayang pada istri, saya yakin koitus bukanlah hal yang berat. (dalam hal ini mengingat keterbatasan saya yang takut berKB). Selain itu, setelah beberapa lama menjalaninya, suami saya juga tidak pernah mengeluh tuh Hasilnya, boleh dilihat... saya - Insya Allah - tidak pernah mengalami problem seperti teman-teman saya di atas..., bentuk tubuh, kulit, siklus haid, semuanya normal, seperti saya waktu masih gadis saja. Hingga 3 bulan lalu (anak saya umur 2 tahun), saya memutuskan untuk hamil kembali juga tidak mengalami masalah. 4 hari berturut-turut berhubungan di saat masa subur, ternyata rumus tokcer..., saya langsung hamil (sekarang 13 minggu). Ini sih..., sekedar sharing pengalaman buat para netters. Keputusan yang saya ambil ini, memang saya sadari benar resikonya. Yth para netter. Kalau takut terhadap efek negatif dari obat-obat KB, sebaiknya menggunakan KB non obat semisal IUD atau kondom saja. Atau kalau bisa mengatur waktu, bisa menggunakan sistem kalender. Bener, Pak... Terserah deh saya mau dibilangin kampungan atau apa... Tapi, terus terang, saya itu koq sungkan banget pakai obat-obat KB. Semenjak anak pertama saya lahir, setelah nifas persis 40 hari, saya langsung mendapat haid seperti biasa bulan berikutnya. Kata orang-orang tua, ini tandanya saya cukup subur dan tante saya yang seorang dokter menyarankan saya untuk segera ber-KB, apalagi saya melahirkan melalui bedah Caesar. Tapi, saya banyak sekali mendengar pengalaman-pengalaman yang tidak mengenakkan dari teman-teman saya tentang efek negatif dari alat-alat KB yang mereka gunakan. Hampir secara keseluruhan setiap alat KB ada dampak negatifnya, yang kurus/gemuklah, haid tidak teratur, berjerawat, kulit menjadi hitam, muka berflek, dllsb, dan belum tentu berhasil lagi... Hal ini menimbulkan semacam trauma bagi saya untuk berKB, dan berhubung saya dan suami waktu itu berlainan kota, saya belum memutuskan apa-apa. Setelah saya dan suami kumpul kembali (anak saya umur 6 bulan), saya kecolongan, telat seminggu, waduh...bingungnya, mana anak masih kecil lagi.. Lalu saya ke DSOG dan di beri Primolut, hingga akhirnya saya haid kembali. Semenjak kejadian itu, saya dan suami membuat komitmen, berhubung saya takut berKB, akhirnya suami yang mengalah untuk melakukan koitus alias putus tengah. Tapi, dalam hal ini dituntut 'pengorbanan' suami untuk tetap konsentrasiSaya pikir, kalau suami benar-benar sayang pada istri, saya yakin koitus bukanlah hal yang berat. (dalam hal ini mengingat keterbatasan saya yang takut berKB). Selain itu, setelah beberapa lama menjalaninya, suami saya juga tidak pernah mengeluh tuh Hasilnya, boleh dilihat... saya - Insya Allah - tidak pernah mengalami problem seperti teman-teman saya di atas..., bentuk tubuh, kulit, siklus haid, semuanya normal, seperti saya waktu masih gadis saja. Hingga 3 bulan lalu (anak saya umur 2 tahun), saya memutuskan untuk hamil kembali juga tidak mengalami masalah. 4 hari berturut-turut berhubungan di saat masa subur, ternyata rumus tokcer..., saya langsung hamil (sekarang 13 minggu). Ini sih..., sekedar sharing pengalaman buat para netters. Keputusan yang saya ambil ini, memang saya sadari benar resikonya. Tapi, kalau kita mempunyai komitmen dan tekad yang kuat, ternyata usaha kita tidak sia-sia... Bapak Taufiq, Saya ikut sharing pengalaman mengenai KB suntik ( per tiga bulan ). Saya sudah memakainya selama 2 tahun dan pada bulan Agustus kemarin saya berhenti memakainya, karena menurut DSOG saya KB suntik tidak boleh lebih dari dua tahun, katanya sih kalau lebih dari dua tahun untuk nunggu hamil laginya lama. dan saya diperkirakan oleh DSOG masa tidak subur saya 8 bulan, jadi selama itu saya tidak bisa hamil.( wallahu alam kalau Alloh berkehendak tidak ada yang mustahil ). Selama 2 tahun saya memakainya hanya tiga bulan pertama saya mengalami menstruasi dan seterusnya tidak lagi, saya konsultasikan sama DSOG saya dan menurutnya, kalau tidak pendarahan berarti KB suntiknya cocok buat saya dan karena saya tidak mentruasi maka hormonnya bertambah yang akan mengakibatkan bertambahnya berat badan. Yth para netter. Saya sudah coba kirim email dengan attachment software Femta, tapi kelihatannya ditolak oleh adminstrator karena terlalu besar. Yang berminat saya akan coba kirim melalui Japri. You can uninstall Femta from the Control Panel Add/Remove Applications window. Activate the Control Panel, double click Add/Remove Programs,and double click on the Femta list box entry.
