The problem has already been fixed and will be release in the 2.2 release later this month. The new configurations will however onlybe installed in new installations. The only option in the current implementation is to skip the entire line. Maybe you can replace all "error" values with an empty string in your files before uploading them to BASE? A better fix would be to have an option of setting invalid values to null, but I think that requires a bigger change in the error handling in the import plugins and we don't have enough time to do it right now.
