Try turning off, menu and control help.

From within the Jaws application window, go to the options menu, and press

enter on basic.
You can arrow thru the choices and find the one you want, and then press
enter,
since the okay button is the default.

 Hi G.BRL,

It sounds like you have group messages by conversation checked.
To turn this off do the following.
 1. While in Outlook Express and not in an open message press alt + V
 for the view menu.
 2. You should land on Current view submenu . press enter here or
press the letter V to open this submenu.
 3. Arrow up to group by messages by conversation and if this box
is checked press enter or the letter G to uncheck this box. By
pressing enter or the letter G this will also take you out of the
menues. Hope this helps. Take care.
 Mike

[Blind-Computing] having trouble accessing a website that I normally can get into

2009-09-28 Thread Charline Smith
Dear Group members,
I am having a weird problem or least it is strange to me. I have
a website that I go to that has been saved on to my favorite listin
IE7. For the last couple of days when I go to get into the website I
get the messege that IE7 can't display it. I have to go into my tool
then over to interent options and go to advance and reset it. This in
turn requires me to have to re-set all of my passwords. This would
not be that much of a problem if it would just stay that way, but
sure enough after about two days I have to do this all over again.
What can be done to solve this problem? I did do some Microsoft
updates recently I don't know if this had anything to do with it. The
website that I am referring to is adult in nature. Thank you all in
advance
Charline

The question here is if a person got AVG installed on their computer prior to
IE 8 being released do they need to change or upgrade AVG for some
compatibility reason or anything of the kind. I am not using AVG at this time

Re: [Blind-Computing] Nlite

2009-09-28 Thread Marek Durila
Hi,
N-lite is for configuring your own XP installation or some windows. You can
add there drivers, servicepacks, add serial key, user name/company and you
don't need it enter manually.
There aren't difficulties only in checking of what you want if drivers,
servicepacks, unattended installation the checkboxes are sometime speaking
bad, but no problem.
I used many times and no problems.
If you need only drivers you can use Driverpack.
With best regards,
   Marek Durila

[Blind-Computing] Norton 360 with Jaws

2009-09-28 Thread Don Risavy, Jr.
Wondered has anyone used Norton 360 and if so how accessible was or is it?

Also were you able to install it yourself using jaws or needed help and or
assistance?

Thanks.
