[Blind-Computing] internet explorer 9
Dear All! I have a question: How can I make something, that internet explorer writes my saved passwords in to a requested page, as firefox does. For example, I am going to my account, and I should not write my data, so, with a keystroke, ie writes it alone? Thanks for advance! God bless all! Re: [Blind-Computing] burn an audio CD, win 7
many folks use different ones, I myself use Starburn, which has a free version available from a google search. the only not totally accessible is the first screen(s), and all you do there (if its not trying to upgrade, on that screen route jaws/mouse cursor to pc, and then find the no/close button and then go on your marry way) you just hit alt and a for the actions menu and select and enter on what you wish to do, which is all your doing in this screen if you could read it anyway. after that its a straight forward and completely readable with jaws set of dialog boxes from selection to burn HTH, inthane -Original Message- From: Blind-Computing [mailto:blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of t. Re: [Blind-Computing] insert key?
Hi Rick, I just invoked the insert + J keystroke without Jaws running from the system tray i had not ever attempted to press the alt key in the Jaws application window to bring up the Jaws context menu, until now! I guess I hadn't tried it before because I always run Jaws from the system tray. Thank you very much for the enlightenment! This will sure beat the hell out of explaining to someone how to get to the Jaws context menu without running Jaws from the system tray the way I did in the past! You know, alt + tab to the Jaws window. Hot damn! Thanks again, take care. Re: [Blind-Computing] insert key?
Hi Tom, Here is a brief description of the system tray: The system tray is an area of windows that shows icons for running programs that don't have open windows. This way, if it's a program you might need to access, such as the volume control, you can have access to it without a window getting in your way and taking more memory. Very handy. The system tray is accessed with the, Insert + F11, keystroke. Hope this helps. Take care. Re: [Blind-Computing] insert key?
The system tray is where your start button, running applications and system notifications are. This is usually at the bottom of your screen. To access it, get to the desktop by pressing the windows key+ D, then tab which should land you on the start button, tabbing again will get you to the list of running applications where you can use the left and right arrow keys to navigate, tab again and then you will be in the notification area of the system tray where you will find battery, volume and time icons - the icons differ for different users.
