Don,

JAWS 14 is working fine with all Office 2010 products including Excel.
Make sure your scroll lock key is not invoked. You have to hit this
key twice quickly to toggle it. If this is invoked all you will get
when using your cursor key in excel is silence. Only thing I can think
of
