Hi Anna, The first 1 is, Lock the Taskbar, this 1 should be checked. The next 1, Auto hide the Taskbar, should be unchecked. Hope this helps. Take care. Re: [Blind-Computing] task bar
Yvonne The easiest way would be to do Windows Key + M to put you on the desktop then tab twice and you will be on the taskbar - if you tab again you will be in the system tray and it will then cycle through - start button - task bar - system tray - desktop. Re: [Blind-Computing] task bar and start menue
The windows update thing will not show up unless there is an update to install. Also that will only happen if you have automatic updates chosen. I am not sure about the other one being you do not know what it is. -Original Message- From: blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:blind-computing-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Anna Vimini Sent: Saturday, January 22, 2011 1:27 PM To: blind-computing@jaws-users.com Subject: [Blind-Computing] task bar and start menue Hi, I went into the task barand start menue properties and notice under customize when I enter it some programs that were there before are not now . does any one know how I can get them back on the task bar? it had windows update 0% and something else I do not remember most of the things are on it except for that one. so if there is anyone out there that can help me put it back in the customize start menue it will be greatly appreciated anna For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ Send any questions regarding list management to: blind-computing-ow...@jaws-users.com For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ Send any questions regarding list management to: blind-computing-ow...@jaws-users.com
