Action in my book.
Alternatively, Kit could probably whip up a repair
with all the tractor tools he has. Just don't use any
Eaton parts, they are teh suck:)

I found a 97 540i/6 in Atl with 97k miles. Service records, black over tan.
Good price. I would have preferred an E34 535i manual, but I needed a car
since my truck sold and this was too good a deal to pass up. Keep me in mind
if you come across a big six e34.
