There's no hash-for-each in Guile 1.6, but it's going to be in 1.8.  You can
use hash-fold in 1.6.

Details:

I discovered this while attempting to run gnucash with the latest guile
release.  I also inspected the libguile/hash.c file that is part of the 1.6.7
tarball and did not find the function therein.
