Eluze Oh, I didn't think so far as to post that here :-) But OTOH I think that _does_ make sense because musically it _is_ a tie. So apart from having a bug report about the crash, this should be a feature request to somehow handle cross-staff ties (e.g. by internally changing it to a slur).
