Cream Cheese Frosting 



2 cups cream cheese at room temperature 
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar 
2 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed orange juice 


With electric mixer on medium speed, combine cream cheese and 
powdered sugar until there are no lumps. Add fresh orange juice and 
mix on medium, then switch to high speed for about 2-3 minutes. This 
will make the frosting light and fluffy.
